Shipping Policy
Betty Bee’s is excited to serve you at your doorstep. Our Shipping Policy outlines the shipping process, delivery times, and related information. We partner with reliable shipping carriers to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your order. The shipping methods available may vary based on your location and the products ordered.
Processing Time
We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped within 2 days from the date of purchase. Shipping may get delayed on certain days due to extreme weather conditions or government regulations.
Customer Information
The customer needs to provide the following details while placing an order: the recipient’s name, address, contact number, email address, and a proper/familiar landmark to aid delivery.
Confirmation Email
After the order is accepted, Betty Bee’s will send a confirmation email to the customer.
Delivery Address
Deliveries will be made to the shipping address mentioned during the order placement, and the consignment will not be redirected/redelivered to any other address.
Delivery Days
No deliveries will be made on Sundays and prescribed holidays.
Delivery Attempts
The appointed delivery agent will attempt delivery of the products once. If delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer will still be charged for the order, and no redelivery attempt will be made.
Order Considered Executed
Betty Bee’s will consider the order as executed in various cases, such as wrong address provided by the customer, non-availability of the recipient at the address, premises being locked, wrong phone number, addressee-refusal (other than damaged products), delivery based on customer instructions (e.g., security cabin, reception, or neighbour), and in case of force majeure events.
Rescheduling
In case of civil disturbances, floods, heavy rains, national Bandh, or other force majeure events, the company reserves the right to cancel the order or reschedule the delivery to another date.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates for domestic orders are calculated based on your delivery address and the weight of the order. The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process.
Delivery Time
Once your order is processed, you can expect delivery within 5 to 8 working based on the location of delivery.
