Sweet Chilli Masala Dosa
Ingredients: Dosa batter, potatoes, onions, mustard seeds, curry leaves, spices (such as turmeric, cumin, coriander), Betty Bee’s Sweet Chillies Sauce.
Instructions: Prepare a thin dosa batter. In a pan, temper mustard seeds and curry leaves, then sauté onions until golden. Add boiled and mashed potatoes, along with turmeric, cumin, coriander, and salt. Cook until the flavours blend. Spread dosa batter on a hot griddle, drizzle ghee and when turning golden brown drizzle Betty Bee’s Sweet Chillies Sauce on top, add potato masala filling dosa, fold and serve with coconut chutney.
