Sweet Chilli Glazed Roasted Vegetables
Ingredients: Assorted vegetables (such as bell peppers, zucchini, eggplant, and cherry tomatoes), Betty Bee’s Sweet Chillies Sauce, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Instructions: Toss the vegetables with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Roast them in the oven until tender. During the last few minutes of roasting, brush the vegetables with Betty Bee’s Sweet Chillies Sauce for a sweet and spicy glaze.
